It’s a bit clichéd these days to even think about setting New Year’s resolutions.
We all know they don’t ever come to anything beyond the 2nd week in January, and we just beat ourselves up about not being able to stick to them.
Regardless of what they think, New Year resolutions can work if you go about setting them the right way.
Tomorrow I’m going to share some of my personal strategies for creating meaningful resolutions that you can hopefully apply to your own situation and make something of them this year.
In the meantime I was wondering if you could help me with something?
I’ve set myself the goal of helping 1000 people running this January, and to do that I’m giving away copies of my Kindle book Beginner’s Luck Guide For Non-Runners.
It’ll be reduced to £0 on Amazon between January 1 and 5, and I want to get it into as many prospective runners’ hands as possible.
The book is a complete guide to getting non-runners up to a point where they are confident enough to run for 60 minutes non-stop in about 10 weeks.
We had some great success with the program this year but I need your help to spread the word.
All I need you to do is to share the website www.beginnersluckbook.com, and I’ll take care of the rest.
I’ll also be running a Facebook coaching group for anybody who wants some support and encouragement during those first couple of months, so I really am pulling out all the stops to get to my goal of 1000!
If you can share that web page I’d be really grateful.
